There are twenty-two homes in the Little Harbor Homeowner's Association (LHHA). The current Board Members are Don Gough (President), Biggie George, Egbert Baumgart, Linda McCabe and Mark Ruddy.
Annual Fees for 2021
The 2021 Annual Fee for LHHA is $4,040, payable by January 15, 2021. This fee includes the annual Master Association Fees of $2,820 for Operating Expenses and $500 for Capital Reserve Expenses.
